Pieces 4.14554, 4.14556 and 4.14558 below are very similar, but like others you have seen, not exactly. I will place the photos so you can compare them more easily. All are on a burgundy or maroon wool ground, and have designs in black, white and orange or yellow-gold. I like the clear graphic of the designs. These may be purchased indivually or together.

Piece 4.14554 can be seen more closely in this detail. Notice how this rug has six bands that are a maroon ground with diamonds, and the next has seven and the last one eight. Also compare the designs at the right hand end of the rugs. The size here is about 30" x 49.5" (76 x 126 cm) and the price is $90.

Piece 4.14556 can be seen more closely in this detail, where the color is also better. I tried to lighten the red to show its richness, but it didn't work. The size is about 27" x 50" (68 x 127 cm) and the price is $90.

Piece 4.14558 can be seen more closely in this detail and the color is better there too. The orange in the close-up is more gold than it looks here. The size is about 27" x 48" (68 x 122 cm) and the price is $90.

Piece 4.14483 is somewhat larger and more square than most of the rugs above. I've put a close-up here because the rug is so finely-woven that a small overview cannot do justice to the details. You can see the full rug here. As you can see, this piece has purple and kelly green in addition to the traditional colors. It measures a little over 4' x 5 1/2' (about 49" x 68" or 125 x 173 cm) and it costs $225.

Piece 4.14515 is a very finely-woven Zemmour piece in a burnt orange with color accents in avocado, gold/orange and violet. I've shown the detail so you can get an idea of the colors and patterns. You can see the overall design of the rug here, but the colors and details are not as good. This piece measures about 3 1/2' x 6 ' (107 x 183 cm) and the price is $320. SOLD

Piece 4.0009 is something you haven't seen here before, a Zemmour knotted rug instead of a flatweave piece. It is about 40 years old and in excellent condition. These are among the few Moroccan rugs to have two usable faces. Here you see the "back" of the pile side, and here you can see the knotted or pile side - you will notice that they are almost identical. You can see them side by side in this close-up. The flatweave side is on the left in that photo, and the knotted one on the right, and the colors are a bright red and a nice gold. The size of this rug is about about 4' x 6 1/2' (about 50.5" x 78" or 129 x 198 cm) and the price is $780, which includes airmail shipping from Morocco.

Piece 4.0006 is another knotted rug, this time from southern Morocco. It resembles some of the antique ones on the N'kob/Women Weavers section of my site except it is smaller - and much less expensive. I am selling this for a Moroccan friend who has had it for at least 25 years and taken good care of it; the price includes her shipping it from Morocco. This rug is in some of the traditional Tazenakht colors, orange (not too bright), a cherry red, and black and white. You can see them well on this detail. This rug measures almost 4' x 6 1/2' (about 47" x 78" or 120 x 198 cm) and costs $635.
